Through meditations, personal stories, and small moments of joy, I share gentle support for your healing journey.

My JourneyBefore COVID, I spent 20 years working with children — nurturing, teaching, and walking alongside them in their earliest chapters. It was work I loved, rooted in connection and care. But when long COVID entered my life, everything changed. Overnight, the simplest tasks became mountains. I lost energy, memory, and direction. I lost the identity I’d built.And slowly — painfully — I began to rebuild.Chasing Joy was born not from being healed, but from healing. From the quiet moments of sunrise when I felt just a little more like myself. From the slow walks in nature that whispered, keep going. From sharing stories with others who were also stumbling through this invisible illness.Now, I spend my days gently rebuilding a life that fits who I am now. I create meditations to soothe the fog and the fear. I tell stories that hold space for grief and for light. And I write — my first book, “Chasing Joy: Life After the Crash”, is in progress. It’s a memoir and a companion: a story of breaking down, showing up, and finding unexpected joy in the ruins.This space is for you if you're recovering from long COVID/MEcfs or chronic illness — or simply trying to find your way back to yourself.
